For me, there’s nothing more motivating than new gym clothes. I love to run anyway, but having a funky new crop top or cool leggings to put on gets me out the door faster than usual. Fortunately, activewear has become very popular, so a lot of companies are making it. Nowadays, you can find some really great quality items that won’t destroy your budget.
When it comes to activewear, colour abounds. If you’re a little shy about wearing colour, now is the time to welcome it. A basic black pair of leggings can be paired with a bright top or, if you’re still hesitant, you can wear a colourful crop under your loose singlet. Of course, if you’d prefer to wear all black, then that’s perfectly okay too. After all, black is by far the most flattering clothing choice, so it makes sense 🙂
The best thing about activewear is that you don’t actually have to be ‘active’ to wear it. It’s so easy to put on some gym pants and a hoodie to pick up the kids from school or pop out to the supermarket. You can also throw on a cap, so you don’t even have to do your hair! And lastly, no ironing required. You’ve got to be happy with that 🙂
